Лучше с водой на бок не ставить. Вода перетекает в клапан и когда переворачиваешь она остаётся не в бутылке, а под крышкой в итоге при откручивании течет по бутылке, рукам, ячейкам. Ячейки довольной плотно закрываются, похоже герметичные, так что вода им не страшна. В средние помещается 2 крупные и пара мелких таблеток. В использовании очень удобно. Устойчива в вертикальном положении и на боку (есть маленькие ножки чтобы не укатывалась).
